Job Description: Business Development Manager
Location: Industrial Area, Doha Qatar
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our esteemed company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and market knowledge to drive the company's expansion and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close business deals that meet the company’s financial objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales management, preferably in Qatar.
• Qatar driving license and valid QID with NOC (No Objection Certificate), Transferable visa only.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
