Job Description:
Application Question(s):
- Deliver and sell products directly to retailers using a company van or truck
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed at customer locations
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Manage payments, issue invoices, and ensure timely collections from customers
- Monitor stock levels in the vehicle and replenish as needed
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base
- Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager
- Ensure the van or truck is well-maintained and follow safe driving practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Any relevant certification in sales is a plus but not mandatory
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG sales
- Experience in direct sales and customer service
- Familiarity with handling cash and inventory management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle multiple customers daily
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage
- Good driving skills with a valid Qatar or GCC light vehicle driving license
- Ability to work independently, managing time and routes effectively
