We are looking for a talented and visionary Creative Lead to join our team and drive our creative projects to new heights.
Role Overview:
As the Creative Lead, you will oversee and guide the direction of our creative projects, ensuring that our vision is effectively communicated and executed. You will play a crucial role in managing a team of skilled professionals, including illustration, art, fashion, and graphic design staff. Your leadership and decision-making skills will be essential in maintaining high standards of quality and staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Creative Projects: Lead and manage creative projects from inception to completion, making key decisions that align with our vision and objectives.
• Guide and Communicate Vision: Clearly articulate and communicate the creative vision to team members, ensuring cohesive and effective execution.
• Supervise Staff: Oversee the work of illustration, art, fashion, and graphic design staff, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
• Manage Teams: Coordinate and manage teams within or across departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Resolve Conflicts: Address and resolve conflicts, disputes, and disagreements within the team, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other department leads to integrate creative aspects with overall project goals and strategies.
• Monitor Quality: Ensure the quality of digital assets and creative output meets industry standards and project requirements.
• Adhere to Best Practices: Follow industry best practices and design specifications to maintain excellence in all creative endeavors.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software, and technological advancements to continuously enhance creative processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a creative leadership role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in illustration, art, fashion, or graphic design with a deep understanding of industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects across departments.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, with a keen interest in staying current with industry trends.
• Locally Available in Qatar with valid QID and can join immediately
