Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will blend artistic creativity with strategic digital marketing skills to design visually compelling marketing materials and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including banners, brochures, logos, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs and materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others.
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, design, and performance tracking.
• Optimize social media content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Website and SEO:

• Design and update website graphics, ensuring optimal user experience and brand consistency.
• Implement SEO best practices to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance website design and functionality.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging visuals and multimedia content for social media, blogs, and other online platforms.
• Create and edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns as needed.

Brand Management:

• Assist in maintaining and enhancing the brand’s online and offline presence.
• Ensure that all marketing communications are aligned with the brand guidelines and business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Knowledge of Word Press or other CMS platforms.

Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and performance during the interview process.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
