Duties and Responsibilities :
1- coordinate with logistics and After sales team for the proper delivery documentation of materials and maintain record of deliverables.
2- Perform other coordination/admin duties and tasks assigned by the manager.
3-Able to maintain the documentation register, logs and follow-up with the client and suppliers for updates and progress.
4-Distribution of all outgoing & incoming documents to the concerned core staff of the company.
5-Prepare and develop formal letters as per the inputs from Sales team & managers.
6-Printing, Scanning & filling documents as per company standard procedures.
7-Generate the various document control reports as required.
8-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9-Advanced user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PDF & Power Point.
Qualifications & Skills:
1- BSc, diploma, or equivalent.
2-Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience in the same role.
3-Excellent Communication Skills in English Language.
4-Professional in MS Office ( Excel, Word, Power point)Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the team .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
