We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager/Consultant to join our team at Firma Events. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of music, excellent management skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and managing talent. Responsibilities: Manage Musicians: Oversee and coordinate the activities of our musicians who are performing in Qatar & KSA. Ensure their needs are met and maintain a positive working relationship. Talent Acquisition: Identify, contact, and recruit new musicians to join our roster. Build a network of potential talent and stay updated on emerging trends in music. Client Relations: Engage with clients to understand their entertainment needs, provide recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Consultation: Offer expert advice on music selection and entertainment strategies. Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable insights. Event Coordination: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute successful events, ensuring all musical elements align with the event's objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in music management or a related field. Strong knowledge of various music genres and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexibility in working hours and days, as required by the event industry. Must have been in Qatar for over 5 years and possess extensive knowledge of the Qatar market from all aspects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in client management and event coordination is a plus.
