Requirement :
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with extensive facility management experience.
10+ years of total experience. Gulf Experience of at least 5 years.
Good knowledge of MEP/ Civil Systems.
Good Knowledge of Soft FM Services including cleaning, Waste Management, landscaping, Pest and Rodent Control, security and porter services.
Good Knowledge of QHSE management systems and regulations.
Arabic and English speaking is mandatory.
Membership in professional bodies - IFMA, RICS, IMech E, IEEE, BIFM,CIBSE, ICE or similar is preferable.
Experience in wide range of software packages preferred in CMMS, CAFM, IWMS etc.
