The proposed candidate shall be vested with overall responsibility of execution of WORK under this CONTRACT and shall be present at WORKSITE all the time. He shall be the liaison between COMPANY and CONTRACTOR for all contractual obligations. He shall be responsible for CONTRACTOR’s resources, planning, monitoring and controlling the overhaul WORK schedule and shall have working knowledge of SAP / MS Project or other scheduling tools as approved by COMPANY. He shall also be well versed with Oil &Gas Plant Safety requirements. He shall submit details of the actual manpower and other resources utilized against the WORK along with activity duration’s, in a form as specified by COMPANY. It is the responsibility of Site Engineer to provide any additional resources for completing the WORK as per schedule from time-to-time. He shall be responsible for submitting all the reports and shall attend the CONTRACT Work progress periodic meetings.
Qualification & Experience:
a. Degree in Electronics /Instrumentation Engineering
b. Thorough knowledge of understanding and interpretation of Instrument Logic Drawing /Location Drawings / Instrument Manuals /drawings etc.
c. Minimum eight (8) to ten (10) years’ experience in Oil and Gas Plants with at least
d. Good understanding of NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) requirements of F&G detection and protection systems.
e. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the Senior Supervisory level.
f. Computer Literate and shall be able to generate various reports.
g. Shall be familiar and have worked with SAP maintenance system and able to suggest changes / modifications to Standard Text for System improvement.
h. Shall be conversant with all site coordination activities for F&G maintenance and will be responsible to handle all record keeping of F&G activities.
i. He shall attend all meetings and coordination meetings required for F&G activities and review work scope with COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE and planning section as per work schedule requirement.
j. He shall associate and support Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigation of any F&G activity and follow-up RCFA recommendation.
k. He shall conduct regular weekly/monthly coordination meeting with COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE and review job performance providing status update such as job completed/Job planned/Material status/manpower status, look ahead plan etc. and provide monthly report at the end of the month.
l. He shall coordinate filling all required forms and requests for F&G activities like Calibration reports/Work status/PMCR request/QCD report etc.
