About the role:

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To manage the Food and Beverage Department, act as a business management and marketing specialist in F&B ensuring outlets and events operate efficiently and successfully.

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests and associates.

International Food and Beverage experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments.

Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow, setting an exceptional leadership example.

Ability to work under pressure.

Excellent written and spoken English.
