Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, exceptional creativity, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand’s vision across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Craft high-quality visual assets including marketing materials, social media graphics, print collateral, and digital content. Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Concept Development: Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project requirements and client briefs. Transform abstract ideas into visually engaging designs.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all design projects. Ensure all design work adheres to established brand standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
- Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on feedback from clients and team members. Make adjustments and improvements to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Technical Execution: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other tools to execute design projects. Ensure final outputs are prepared accurately for both digital and print formats.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and review designs to ensure accuracy and consistency. Verify that all design elements are correctly formatted and meet quality standards before final delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work and proficiency in design principles and techniques.
- Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), with additional skills in motion graphics or video editing being a plus. Familiarity with web design and UX principles is advantageous.
- Creativity: Demonstrated creativity and the ability to generate innovative design ideas and solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail with the ability to produce polished and accurate designs.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with animation or motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Understanding of print production processes and specifications.
