Job Title: HR Recruiter Officer
Location: DOHA-QATAR
Job Overview:
The Human Resource Recruiter Officer is responsible for the recruitment and selection process within the company, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled staff and manpower for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, particularly within the construction sector, and will work closely with department heads to ensure the right talent is hired to meet project needs.
Job Description:
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding.
· Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
· Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
· Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
· Coordinate with department heads to understand specific staffing needs for various construction roles.
· Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and labor suppliers for skilled and unskilled manpower.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
· Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to HR and management.
· Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers of employment.
· Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry.
· Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
· Experience in recruiting both staff and skilled/unskilled manpower for construction projects.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR3.00 per month
