Product costing – Assisting to Management Accountant in finalization of Product costing for local and export. Studying, collecting, and calculating data to determine costs.
Material cost for MIS – Weekly and Monthly file preparation for material cost for weekly EBTDA and monthly MIS. Preparation of MOM analysis file at month end to analyze variance between actual material and budgeted material cost.
Costing and MIS Report – Assisting to management accountant in various MIS reports and quarterly costing.
Physical Inventory – Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual Physical verification of Finished Goods, Raw Material and Packing material as per company policy and assess the variance between the ERP records and physical stock.
Factory and store visit – Regular visit to Factory IMC and FG stores to ensure process compliance and report to Management Accountant if deviation from compliance.
Slow moving and non-moving stock –Preparation of non-moving and slow-moving inventory report for raw material, packing material and finished goods. Follow up with stores manager to take action on above report.
Inventory Related aspects in ERP - Analysis of consumption of materials including spare parts, Reconciliation of UPR, UPI and Repacking and ensuring accurate recording in ERP system
Business Plan: Assisting to Management Accountant in preparation of various report and calculations for business plan. Preparation of product standard cost files as per BOM provided by Factory Manager.
Assisting in preparation of various report asked by management from time to time.
Any other task assigned by Management Accountant
