Qualification: TUV SUV Lifting Supervisor certification
Job Description:

• Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health, safety and environment
• Carry out inspection of all lifting tools, tackles & color coding & 3rd party certificate is valid.
• Coordinating and supervising all lifting activities in accordance with the Lifting Plan.
• Conduct audit on Lifting items.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and direct the management to comply with international and local law.
• Preparing Permit to work as per Lifting Procedure.
• Conduct Third Party Inspection for Lifting accessories & Lifting machines.
• Documentation of lifting accessories & Lifting machines.
• Supervision of lifting activities to ensure a safe workplace.
• Coordinating with appointed persons and lifting manager
• Coordinating with managers, site engineers, and HSE departments regarding lifting activities.
• Daily inspection of lifting equipment’s & Lifting accessories such as web slings, skips,cargo baskets, shackles, wire ropes, chain, chain blocks, master ring, spreader beam etc.
• Wind and weather and unstable condition
• Scheduling and organizing lifting activities along the site Briefing all lifting team members (i.e., crane operators, riggers and signalmen) on the Lifting
• Plan, risk control measure and safe lifting procedure before the commencement of any lifting operations.
• Ensuring that only registered crane operators, appointed riggers and appointed signalmen
• Participate in any lifting operation involving the use of mobile and tower cranes.
• Be present during all lifting operations; and if unsafe conditions are reported to him, to take suitable measures to rectify the conditions
• So that the lifting operation can be conducted safely
