Job Description:
We are looking for a Logistics Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all logistical aspects of our events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event logistics, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts efficiently. From transportation and venue setup to vendor management and on-site coordination.
Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month

From transportation and venue setup to vendor management and on-site coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics related to events, including transportation, equipment, and venue setup.
- Collaborate with event planners and production teams to ensure all logistical needs are met.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Develop and implement logistical plans and timelines, ensuring all event components are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the packing, shipping, and storage of event materials.
- Manage on-site logistics during events, including setup, tear-down, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and event requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on logistics status.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role in the event industry.
- Strong understanding of event logistics, including transportation, venue setup, and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
