Duration:5 years
Location:Mesaieed
Minimum 5 years’ experience in lubrication filed
3 year’s Diploma of Associate Engineer in Mechanical after passing secondary school certificate.
v Should be able to read and comprehend Technical manuals and drawings.
v Should be able to use all related tools in his field.
v Should be able to communicate (speak and write) in English language.
v Should be intelligent, creative and hard working.
v Should be aware of proper maintenance techniques.
Job Description:
v To carry out lubrication all QAPCO Complex Equipment as per scheduled and follow up instructions and report abnormalities observed.
v To do Oil make up with similar lubricant.
v To do oil replacement, drain old oil, clean Housing / Tank / Vessel & refill new oil.
v To do Lubrication Equip. having wire ropes including cleaning of old lubricant.
v To do filling of oil & grease in automatic lubrication system wherever needed.
v To do oil sample collection & arrange to send for Lab Analysis.
v To ensure that tools and equipment are in safe and effective working conditions. Keep safety requirements to be maintained in accordance with QAPCO’s regulations and safety
standards.
v To check work quality, and take corrective action to rectify any detected faults through the work examination methods and standards.
v To perform other similar or related duties such as maintaining good housekeeping in work sites and in workshops and ensuring safety regulations are adhered to according to QAPCO policy.
