Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hypermarket team - Doha. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, with proven experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of building systems. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our store and facilities, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Conduct electrical maintenance tasks, including repair and replacement of faulty wiring, lighting, and other electrical components.
• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing new fixtures.
• Inspect and maintain the overall condition of the store and facilities, identifying any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance, preferably within a retail or commercial environment in Doha.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of building systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is preferred.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from QR 3,000 to QR 3,700, depending on experience and interview performance.
