Maintenance Training Instructor

About the role:
Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Maintenance Training Instructor Level 3.
You will be responsible to deliver training to develop knowledge and skill of technical staff for ensuring safe operation of aircraft after maintenance activities. Propose for course improvement, updating training manuals to ensure training contents are always up to date.
Specific responsibilities for the role include:
- Responsible in development, review and update of training material with the latest published technology and regulatory reference that will ensure the staff are trained with the latest information.
- Develop Training Needs Analysis to deliver type training in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Assist Examination Manager in reviewing exam results to ensure the accurate and timely issuance of exam results to the students. Assist to compile questions for examination banks for the category qualified and if appointed by examination manager undertake duties as invigilator
- Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for additional training, if required.
- Identify training issues and propose improvements to training supervisor to improve training standards
- Complete accurate training records in training management system achieving efficient processing of training certificates.

About you
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- EASA Part 147 certificate if recognition for theory and practical issued by a training organization for a type training course successfully completed on at least one aircraft type operated by Qatar Airways.
- Completion of train the trainer course.
- Certification authorization for the concerned aircraft types that was issued by an organization approved under EASA part 145 organization.
