Position: Male Body Aroma Massage Therapist
Location: West Walk, Al Waab, Salwa Road
Starting salary: QAR 4,500 to QAR 5,000 (Full package / All in)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and licensed Male Body Aroma Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a valid license from the Qatar Health Authorities and expertise in aroma massage therapy. The role involves providing specialized aroma massage services to clients, ensuring relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being through the use of essential oils and therapeutic techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of aroma massage techniques, using essential oils to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance the client’s overall health.
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and any medical conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on the consultation.
• Ensure adherence to all guidelines and regulations set by the Qatar Health Authorities for safe and legal practice.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment. Follow strict sanitation protocols before and after each session.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment details and progress notes. Ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information.
• Have in-depth knowledge of essential oils and their therapeutic benefits. Recommend appropriate products and services to enhance the client's treatment experience.
• Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in aroma massage therapy through ongoing education and professional development.
• Work effectively with other spa and wellness team members to provide a comprehensive approach to client wellness.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergency situations that may occur during a session.

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, with specialization in Aroma Massage, from a recognized institution.
• Valid massage therapy license issued by the Qatar Health Authorities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aroma massage therapy, preferably in a spa or wellness center.
• Proficiency in aroma massage techniques, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong understanding of the therapeutic benefits of essential oils.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with massage therapy, including standing for extended periods and using hands and arms for massage techniques.
• Professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing the highest level of service.
