Job Responsibilities:
· Should have overall wide experience related to MEP Maintenance.
· To take the fire protection Maintenance division to the next level.
· Focusing in the increase in the AMC count and the new clients.
· Focusing on building up to the key software’s for the fire protection systems.
· Boosting down the level staff in increasing the profit percentile without comprising the quality and with the minimal work-force.
· Ensuring that all the services offered to the client are above their expectations and the systems are maintained as per the standards.
· Ensuring the down level engineers are performing the tasks as per the client and the management requirement.
· Invoicing as per the plan.
· Finishing the scheduled task as per the allotted time with minimal workforce.
· Contract renewal without any hurdles.
· Maintaining a good cliental relationship which opens doors for the other opportunities for BARQ Group in the various other fields.
· Work closely with the Sales Department till the Job is awarded to BARQ.
· Supporting for the field survey.
· Giving key points as per our previous experience.
· Supporting the estimation to arrive at a final figure.
· As a GRADE A Qatar Civil Defense (QCD) approved engineer make sure that all the system are in order with the QCD approved drawings and standards if not update to current standards.
· Maintenance of fire alarm and firefighting system as per the NFPA standards.
· Assisting the client in reference to the QCDD license renewal.
· Checking all the systems whether they are operating as per the standards .
· Performing regular maintenance for both fire alarm and firefighting system and preparation of Maintenance report.
