Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid QCDD (Qatar Civil Defense Department) license is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Proven experience with HVAC, fire safety systems, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of Qatari regulations, QCDD standards, and local safety codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in facilities management, especially in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and proficient in MS Office Suit.
• Must have valid Qatar Driving License.
