Skills
Knowledge of Oracle EBS systems

• Knowledge of latest stack of Oracle HRMS products
• Experience in relevant modules related to Core HR, Payroll, Leave Absence, Performance and Talent Management, as well as all related EBS modules
• Understanding of HR processes
• Experience in HR process analysis, engineering, and optimization
• Previous experience in similar environments and upgrades
• Good communication and analytical skills
