Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Doha. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with at least 5 years of experience in procurement, specializing in coordinating purchasing processes, vendor management, and supply chain operations. We encourage Female Arabic candidates to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Procurement coordination: Oversee the procurement process from requisition to purchase order completion, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Market research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality products.
- Contract negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to optimize procurement efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure alignment and timely procurement support.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain coordination.
- Language skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Technical skills: Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
