Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Events to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various events, from corporate conferences to high-profile social gatherings. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of every event and will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results.

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for Events to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various events, from corporate conferences to high-profile social gatherings. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of every event and will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage events from conception to completion, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination. - Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and create detailed event plans that align with their vision.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, audio-visual technicians, and other event suppliers.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, transportation, and guest accommodations.
- Oversee event marketing and promotion strategies to attract attendees and increase brand awareness.
- Manage event staff, including event coordinators, volunteers, and other support personnel.
- Ensure all events are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events of various sizes and complexities.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
