Job Title: Qualified Art Instructors

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Art Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the art industry, coupled with a passion for teaching and inspiring students. In this role, you will be responsible for equipping students with the technical skills necessary for artistic expression and helping them professionally develop the skills needed to become successful artists.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver art lessons that cater to a diverse group of students, focusing on technical skills such as drawing and painting.
• Instruct students in a variety of artistic techniques, styles, and mediums, providing both foundational and advanced knowledge.
• Guide students in developing a professional approach to art, including portfolio building, presentation, and career development.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress, offering constructive feedback to help them refine their technical and creative abilities.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and curricula that not only inspire creativity but also prepare students for the professional world of art.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant skills and techniques into teaching methods.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in faculty meetings, training, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the art field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, with a focus on developing students' technical and professional skills in art.
• A degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment, encouraging students to achieve their artistic and professional goals.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in various artistic techniques such as drawing and painting.
• Ability to guide students in building a professional art portfolio and preparing for a career in the arts.
• Experience working with different age groups and skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
