• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to meticulously create precise and detailed drawings encompassing architectural, structural, and mechanical elements, covering plans, elevations, sections, and intricate details within our areas of specialization including Waterproofing, Concrete Repairing, Fire Proofing, and Fire Stopping.
• Generate presentation drawings, as-built drawings, and comprehensive details outlining our scope of works, accompanied by schedules.
• Develop general arrangements and detail drawings, ensuring updates align with site-specific requirements.
• Produce design sketches as needed by drafting personnel, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Create layout drawings and project-related diagrams such as flow diagrams, grading plan levels, and profile drawings.
• Perform drawing and drafting base calculations to support project requirements.
• Maintain meticulous records of design drawings and Contract Issued For Construction (IFC) hard copies through an organized filing system.
• Manage soft copies of IFC, shop drawings, and other project documents on network share drives for easy reference and collaboration.
• Prepare as-built drawings for final submission and handover to clients or consultants, including handling red markup drawings, shop drawings, IFC drawings, and tender participation drawings.
• Demonstrate basic proficiency in mathematical concepts including unit conversion, surface area, and volume calculations to support drafting activities effectively.
• To perform any other relevant tasks as per the work requirements.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
