• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator in fit-out or interior projects.
• Proven knowledge of pre- and post-contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contract forms.
• Proficient in costing software such as Cost X, Candy, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Auto CAD, reading drawings, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Qatar’s construction regulations and industry standards is an advantage.
• Must be ready to join immediately.
• Must have a transferable residence permit with NOC.
