Recruitment and Training Consultant

- · This role will be based in Qatar for a period of 1 year (extendable) supporting a major Mo D transformation programme.
- · The central purpose of the role is to deliver human capital capability that enables strategic objectives.
- · The Recruitment and Training Lead will play an important leadership, advisory, capability integration and performance improvement role across the directorate of Strategic Communications/Media Operations.
- · The position is responsible for delivering the 3 stages of a People framework; shape, build and operate, specifically the line of delivery for recruitment initiatives and training design.
- · Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis, in collaboration with the Strategic Workforce planning line of delivery to shape, build and deliver a strategically aligned attract, recruit and retain policy framework.
- · Conduct gap analysis of existing training interventions against strategic objectives to identify and deliver suite of bespoke solutions to range of communications specializations and grades.
- · Design and implement competence and skill-based recruitment initiatives to meet the strategic aim.
- · Collaborate in an integral advisory capacity implementing the recruitment of nationals for new organization.
- · Design and deliver job descriptions for directorate of Strategic Communications encompassing a range of specific skillsets and grades.
- · Collaborate with the Learning and Development Lead to design and deliver onboarding training as an extension to the attract and recruit line of delivery.
- · Conduct ongoing training reviews, using system approach to training, that shape and support learning and development initiatives, embedding capability and growing organizational capacity.
- Collaborate across the Human Capital workstream, ensuring the suite of recruit, onboard, training and career pathways initiatives support the overall employee end to end lifecycle policies and deliver desired strategic outcomes.
Education Experience:
- · Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management
- · CIPD Advanced diploma in Strategic L&D (preferred) or L5 in organisational L&D.
- · Programme Management Qualification desirable (PRINCE2. Agile).
- Advanced Command Staff Course (ACSC).
Years of Experience Required:
- · 10+ years of experience training design and delivery, preferably at senior level.
- · Experience of successfully delivering Human Capital change management project.
- Experience of consultancy in international environment.
