Sales and Marketing Executive (For Hospitality Services )

We are in Urgent Need of a Sales and Marketing Executive to join on board in our Porto Holding Group.
Qualifications:
* Candidates must have a Bachelor in Marketing or Equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a Cleaning Company with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
*Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
* Should have Valid Qatar Driving License.
Accountability :
* Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, event venues, and corporate clients. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
* Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company’s hospitality services and value propositions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests.
*Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals and profitability.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and contract closures. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
*Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate on promotional campaigns and events to attract new business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
