Sales Consultant (Automotive ) - Rent a Car Section

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing corporate clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving business growth through tailored rental solutions. The role requires a strong sales acumen, knowledge of corporate fleet services, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential corporate clients and new business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow the corporate customer base.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing structures tailored to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.
  • Provide customized vehicle rental solutions, including short-term and long-term rentals, to meet the unique transportation requirements of corporate clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefits and maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery and to support customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts. Provide regular sales reports to management, outlining progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Assist corporate clients with any inquiries or issues related to vehicle rentals, resolving problems quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the automotive rental, leasing, or transportation industry.
  • Experience in dealing with corporate clients and closing large-scale deals.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
