Job Description
Contract length: 12 months
Application Question(s):
- Identify and secure new customer leads
- Retain and manage relationships with existing customers
- Promote and sell products and services to meet department goals
- Contribute to monthly sales targets and overall division growth
- Explore new opportunities to increase market share in FMCG
- Plan and coordinate weekly/monthly customer visits with your manager
- Maintain and update sales records, track opportunities, and respond accordingly
- Gather and report on market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure adherence to division guidelines and meet allocated sales targets
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
- 2-3 years of FMCG sales experience, with a strong focus on customer needs
- Experience in a startup sales environment is a plus
- Proven ability to build and retain customer accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, with the ability to think ahead
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Multi-tasker with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
- Must have a valid Qatar or GCC light vehicle driving license
