Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
- Manage the sales budget and forecast sales volumes.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate on planning and executing successful product launches.
- Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A valid Qatar driver's license as required.
