Sales Supervisor - Commerce

Job Purpose
Pay: QAR7,000.00 per month
Location:
- To help the organization in efficiently fulfilling the sales and distribution objectives by managing a team of key account executives and ensuring sales and distribution targets are achieved
- Collection of account receivables and reconciliation of accounts
- Achievement of sales, distribution, and collection targets
- BDA visibility contracts negotiation and finalization
- Periodic reviews and negotiation with buying team of key accounts as applicable
- Planning sales & business development activities and increasing efficiency with the current infrastructure
- Identify and action on repeat patterns of business losses and enhance ROI and productivity
- Regular sales team meetings to ensure monthly objectives are met
- Route to Market (RTM) plans as applicable and planning and finalizing secondary activities with brand partners and/ or marketing team
- Monitor sales team for adherence to route coverage, target achievement
- Market information feedback – own / competitor activities
- On the job training to key account executives- people development objectives
- Follow up and ensure collection of receivables in agreed timelines
- Ensure the key account executives are regular in updating of customer database to ensure healthy service standards
- New account opening/ new branch opening, credit limit revision recommendations
- Ageing/ near expiry stocks – propose and implement effective stock rotation to minimize liquidation losses
- Implement and provide feedback on all tactical activities undertaken in the outlets
- Consistent monitoring and feedback on the financial discipline/ risk of the assigned customers
- Graduation in Commerce or any Business-related course with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales and Distribution
- MS Office (MS Excel & MS Word) and knowledge of ERP
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Knowledge in Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license is a must.
