• Setting Baseline, Monitoring & Controlling Schedule, Preparing Catch-up Plan

• Managing Phases of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning

• Managing Construction Level3 & Level4 Schedule

• Managing Interface Points

• Proceeding with the Client Meeting

• Monitoring & Controlling Construction Productivity

• EOT & Subcontractor Claim

• MS Office(Excel, Word, PPT)

• MS Project

• P6 Primavera(Setting, Updating Schedule, Managing Resource)
