Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-level Intelligence Management Specialist (Deployed Logistics Support) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at Command Forward Headquarters (CFH), Qatar and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Responsibilities:

• The contractor is required to deploy and may be permanently relocated to the Command Forward Headquarters (CFH), Qatar (for contingency driven billet support) to provide logistics support and travel liaison services.

• The contractor shall be required to provide Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance and fulfill all requirements specified in the Do D Foreign Clearance Program Do D Directive 4500.54E.

• All direct reimbursable permanent change of station (PCS) costs, such as relocation and DBA insurance, will be reimbursed per Section H.16 of the base IDIQ contract award.

Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education : Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
