Service Center Lead

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Service Center Lead to manage service order support for a facility O&M contract in Doha, Qatar.

Essential Job Duties

Manage facility maintenance records and service orders for the contract.
Supervise supporting staff.
Ensure timely processing, prioritization, tasking, and close out of O&M service orders.
Manage preventive maintenance and service scheduling and tasking.
Supervise technical library with OEM references, historical documentation, warranty records, etc.
Prepare reports.

Minimum Requirements

Associates degree. High school diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted.
7 years of experience providing O&M services with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.
3 years of supervisory experience.
2 years of service order management.
Maximo asset management experience.
Proficient written and verbal communicator.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Work Environment

Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
