Urgent Hiring for QA Specialist
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (IT / Computer Science Preferable)
Minimum 3 - 8 years of related experience in Testing Practice in Banking and Financial Services in a similar role.
Preferred certificate :- ISTQB, CSTE, Agile Tester, Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Remote: We can hire outside Qatar.
Work Location: Doha
Availability : Immediate.
Duration – 10 Months (Extendable)
Role Description
1. Diligently and accurately, design test plans on software applications based on business requirements and technical specifications
2. Actively partake in building and executing automated testing scripts in support of the test plans
3. Meticulously record and document actual results and compare to expected results
4. Through defect management, effectively identify software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected, be proactive in documenting anomalies and issues and maintain database of software defects
5. Efficiently generate historical analysis of test results
6. Methodically perform functional testing and load testing, and carefully verify specific action or function of code
7. Actively ensure compliance with general programming best practices, accepted web standards and mobile development standards. If policy exists for the same, it should be complied.
8. Accurately maintain and ensure data integrity standards
9. Eagerly investigate customer concerns and non-conformance issues
10. Be responsible for providing application instructions for users and meticulously document significant error handling procedures for application code
11. Be willing to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends as the job demands.
12. Communicate in a fashion that is respectful and well understood

Skills Required:-
1. 3+ years of experience in an IT QA and/or Testing role or similar function
2. Be tech savvy when it comes to knowledge of tools, concepts & methodologies of QA
3. Hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Financials, PSA.
4. Strong knowledge in SDLC and STLC
5. Experience in analysing and understanding the Functional/ Technical / Business Requirements of any Application/System and translating to test cases with 100% test coverage.
6. Experience in Test case design, test data defining and identification, Test execution, Defect reporting & tracking and Status Reporting
7. Excellent experience in Exploratory Testing, Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression/Parallel Testing & Quality Assurance
8. Hands on experience in i OS/Android devices Testing (Mobile and Tablet) for Banking & Financial APP’s
9. Experienced in using Selenium (Web) and Rest Assured (API) for test automation.
10.Experienced in BDD Style automation framework.
11. Experienced in API testing using Postman/Soap UI.
12. Good knowledge of REST API's, web services and microservices architecture.
13. Corporate Banking and Loan service experience is required.
14. Testing capabilities in Web specific requirements with different operating systems including Windows, i OS, Linux and Multilingual testing as well.
15. Willingness to learn new valuable skills and technology
16. Be aware of, mitigate enterprise risk factors, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, legislation and policies and procedures.
