Urgent Hiring for Senior Consultant - Infrastructure

• Language: English & Arabic
• Previous Employment: Must have experience with a Big 4 firm
• Location: Must be willing to relocate to Qatar
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience Real Estate/Infrastructure Advisory experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments, collaborating with diverse teams.
• Strong project management abilities, including the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• High proficiency in MS Office • Advanced Financial Modelling: Macros, Power BI, report writing, and presentation to small and midsize group.
• Understanding of real estate terminologies and IFRS knowledge I
• In-depth understanding of demand model development for real estate core assets, demand-supply gap assessment, market assessment including stock-supply-vacancy-pricing etc., location and site assessment, positioning, Value-for-Money (VFM), project risk assessment
• In-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance including clear understanding of financial analysis, and Real Estate Asset Valuation (DCF Approach) • In-depth knowledge of either Bid Advisory or Procurement Advisory or both.
• Working days : 5 days ( 2 days will be WFH) / 8am - 5pm
• yearly Air ticket & the Insurance is Offered to Self + Spouse + up to 1 Child)
• For the candidates outside Qatar : Joining ticket +14 days accommodation + relocation reimbursement will be provided.
