Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience across our digital products. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles and will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience across our digital products. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and flow of the user interface.
- UI Design:
- Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Maintain and expand the company’s design system and style guides.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement and refine UI designs.
- Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and user-centered design processes.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like In Vision, Axure, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Java Script is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences.
