We are looking for a skilled Video Shoot Specialist to join our creative team and help us capture and produce stunning video content.
Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production: Plan, execute, and edit video shoots for various projects including promotional videos, training materials, and social media content.
• Equipment Management: Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts. Ensure alignment with project goals and brand messaging.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard software, ensuring the final product meets high quality and technical standards.
• Project Management: Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining a high level of quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, with a portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Strong understanding of video equipment and production techniques.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into engaging video content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the video is polished and professional.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and can join immediately
