We are hiring for Senior Consultant - Real Estate

• Language: Arabic & English
• Experience: Minimum 4 years, with a strong background in Real Estate, in Deals consulting.
• Location: Must be willing to relocate to Qatar
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with MBA (Finance major) or CA or CFA will be an added advantage
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in client-facing environments, collaborating with diverse teams.
• Previous experience with a Big 4/Real Estate Advisory Firm is preferable.
• Strong project management abilities, including the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• High proficiency in MS Office including Word, Power Point and Excel
• Advanced Financial Modelling skill with strong knowledge of use of Macros & VBA.
• Data visualization tool application such as Power BI
• High quality of report writing and presentation skill
• Working days : 5 days ( 2 days will be WFH) / 8am - 5pm
• yearly Air ticket & the Insurance is Offered to Self + Spouse + up to 1 Child)
• For the candidates outside Qatar : Joining ticket +14 days accommodation + relocation reimbursement will be provided.
• Must have Valid Qatar ID copy
