We are urgently looking for Pilates reformer.
Role Objective
Under the guidance of the Head of Operations, managing director and CEO, the Pilates reformer. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes to a wide range of clients, from beginners to advanced practitioners. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates sessions that focus on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. The instructor must be passionate about health and fitness, with the ability to inspire and guide clients toward achieving their fitness goals.
This will involve communicating with facility members (provided by the facility or self-generated), the marketing of Pilates classes and Private Coaching services, the delivery of Pilates classes and consultation/induction sessions to communicate the value of the Private Coaching service, achieving class attendance and monthly Private Coaching sales targets, and building a client base with high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Deliver dynamic, engaging, and safe Pilates Reformer sessions tailored to various fitness levels.
● Assess clients’ physical conditions and design appropriate Pilates programs to meet their individual needs.
● Provide hands-on adjustments to ensure correct alignment and form during exercises.
Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere during classes, ensuring all participants feel welcomed and encouraged.
● Educate clients on Pilates principles and promote overall health and wellness.
● Maintain clean and safe Pilates Reformer equipment and workout areas.
● Track client progress and offer feedback and support to help them reach their goals.
● Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in Pilates and fitness.
Collaborate with other fitness professionals at UFC Gym to enhance client experiences.
Education and Expereince:
● Certification in Pilates Reformer instruction (from a recognized Pilates organization).
● CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
● Minimum 1-2 years of experience teaching Pilates Reformer classes.
● Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise physiology.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work with clients of all fitness levels, injuries, or physical limitations.
● Passion for fitness and wellness, with a positive and motivating attitude.
