You’ll work with everyone from the IT squad to the finance wizards to make sure the improvements you create are seamlessly implemented (and celebrated by all).

Not everyone loves change, but you’ll lead the charge, guiding teams through new processes and making sure they don’t miss a beat.

You’ll create metrics and KPIs that help us see exactly how awesome your improvements are. And if something’s not working? You’ll tweak it until it’s flawless.

If there’s tech out there that can help us do things faster, better, or with fewer headaches, you’ll be the one to bring it in.

You’ll constantly look for ways to make our processes even better – because why settle for good when you can be great?

At least 2-3 years of experience making processes smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter.

You’ve got a knack for spotting inefficiencies and an even better talent for fixing them.

Numbers don’t scare you – in fact, you love using data to solve problems.

Your communication skills are so good, people still talk about that one presentation you gave three years ago.

Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile? Great! But if you just know how to make things work efficiently, that’s even better.

Tech-savvy with an eye for automation tools? Bonus points if you’ve automated your morning coffee.
