• University degree, legal background preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience in compliance or risk management
• English skills (both oral and written)
• PC skills (Microsoft Office, AS 400, Access, Excel)

• Identification of Compliance Obligations:
  • Develops and maintains up-dated the Compliance Chart for the business, that includes NN Corporate Policies and local legal requirements;
  • Offers support/ advice to local management in identifying the risks that arise from the compliance obligations, through specific activities as for eg: product approvals or reviews, outsourcing or by participating in Governance Committees;
• Periodically review of local Compliance Framework considering Corporate policies and local legal requirements, including:
  • Code of Conduct
  • Compliance Procedures
  • Business Procedures including Compliance requirements
• Risk Assessments
  • Continuously identifies rates and ranks the ongoing and anticipated Compliance Risks and proposes mitigation activities for inclusion in the risk assessments;
  • Ensures that Compliance Risks are included in the risk assessment process and ensures Corporate Compliance standards are followed;
  • Participates in specific or high level Risk Assessments organized by other risk functions and drafts RA reports, when needed;
• Compliance Risk Mitigation
  • Advises local management about compliance obligations and raises issues that may have an impact on the suitability of existing mitigation activities;
  • Enrolls training and education activities, as follows:

• developing, maintaining and executing the annual plan for Compliance training and education
• serves as a content expert for Compliance Risk related training material
• monitors the quality and frequency of the training and education

• Compliance Risk Monitoring and Action Tracking
  • Executes second line of defense monitoring and reports deficiencies to local management and the Corporate Compliance;
  • Tracks all Compliance Risk related findings and issues until they are resolved;
• Compliance Reporting
  • Assures Compliance reporting obligations (incident reporting, periodic Corporate reports: Integrity Report, Non-Financial Risk Dashboard, compliance input for local NFRC dashboard, regulatory reporting)
