• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests, such as booking reservations, making changes, and resolving issues.
• Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with booking systems highly preferred
