- Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests, such as booking reservations, making changes, and resolving issues.
- Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with booking systems highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 87,573.36RON - 89,573.36RON per year
