Job Description
In the role of Delivery Execution Specialist, you will use your skills and learn with us to:
- Do Service Level monitoring;
- Monitor product returns;
- Do quantitative and qualitative analysis of Customer Master Data;
- Monitor the flow of roll containers, pallets, boxes, etc.;
- Follow up the implementation processes regarding the way of working by the stores (according to established SOP);
- Do follow ups for the actions decided withing the action plan;
- Offer support in the FSD (Logistics, Delivery) team for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
You can be our Delivery Execution Specialist if you have:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in similar roles related to Operations or Logistics Department;
- Category B driving license;
- Strong interest in learning and implementing logistic processes;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
- A proactive attitude and you are a great team player with an open and positive spirit;
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to various situations.
