Role Overview:
Are you a proactive, self-starter with a passion for content marketing? If so, we want you to join our team in Bucharest!

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the company websites are up-to-date and looking great, liaising with copywriters, designers, developers, and key stakeholders to execute projects large and small from start to finish. You’ll also work closely with internal and external translators to ensure the timely and effective translation of various B2B and B2C content, while reporting on performance and providing support in other areas, including CRM and social media.

What you will do:

• Assist with the management of company websites and related projects, ensuring properties are regularly updated with fresh content, briefing the relevant teams or individuals, and providing stakeholders with regular updates.
• Monitor the content on company websites and liaise with key stakeholders to plan and prepare updates.
• Monitor and report on the performance of company websites and other properties.
• Collaborate with internal and external translators to ensure the delivery of required translation services on a regular and timely basis.
• Translate copy from English to Romanian for use by the business.
• Assist with other content management and monitoring, including social media and CRM, as required.
• Maintain a high standard of organization and communication across all tasks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of various projects.
• Be prepared to support the wider team at events and conferences in Bucharest and beyond as needed.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Digital marketing experience.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to lear n and grow.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Willingness to travel for work as needed.
