Join us and you will:
- Implement digital marketing strategies to promote products, boost brand visibility, and drive traffic to stores;
- Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent and relevant content is being produced, which aligns with the company's goal;
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI;
- Oversee banner ads and remarketing campaigns on Google Display Network and other platforms;
- Plan, allocate, and monitor the digital marketing budget for paid campaigns to ensure efficiency and profitability;
- Create and manage social media content and paid advertising to engage customers and promote sales events;
- Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies based on insights;
- Coordinate digital efforts to create a seamless customer experience across online and physical retail touchpoints.
To be successful in this role and to enjoy your morning coffee with great colleagues, you will need:
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and customer engagement;
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI;
- Ability to manage digital marketing budgets;
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree;
- Proficiency in English.
