Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you!
Join us and you will:
- Plan, coordinate and ensure that the Directors' schedule is followed and respected, ensuring seamless execution of Outlook calendar management;
- Respond to emails and document requests;
- Plan and organize travel arrangements;
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively;
- Prepare presentations, attend major meetings, and take minutes;
- Track and monitor major projects and relevant KPIs;
- Assist with any administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role and to enjoy your morning coffee with great colleagues, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in assisting an executive;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A strong work ethic, a sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality;
- A solution-oriented mindset with a keen sense of business acumen;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Proficiency in English.
