HR Specialist with German (new team)

A unique opportunity to join our Goodyear Team at an exciting time of consolidating HR processes and building a new HR Operations team!
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates
- Maintain personal files in line with legal requirements & accurately maintain employee master data in HR Systems
- HR project management (participating in HR knowledge transfer & process improvement projects)
- Support HRSSC and HRBPs on HR legal & Admin subjects
To Join Our Team You Will Need
- Professional experience preferably within HR area
- Very good German (min. B2 level) & at least good English
- Experience working in a GBS / Shared Services work environment is highly desirable
- PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Good, professional communication skills
